This property was fantastic, from colour palette decor to the comfort of the furnishings and the e exquisite ocean views from the bedroom. I needed to book a room last minute, and Aaron who is the property owners & Booking host seriously went above and beyond. His communication was 10/10 and made sure we had a smooth check in, a comfortable stay. He spoke us through the whole process, from payment to getting to the security gate and checking in to letting us know our security deposit had been release. We would definitely book to stay here again at Irie Vibes Ocean View again and we would highly recommended this property. Oh did I mention this property is in a serene gated development with a beautiful infinity pool and mini mart onsite and even has a private beach. This property was exceptional value for money. I loved the location on the 7 mile beach. I could have my day at the beach or the pool provided by the little Bay County Club. I also , liked having a balcony off of my bedroom to go and sit in the evening. Anywhere I wanted to go nothing was too far to get too. The property is quiet and the grounds are very well kept. The property has security 24hours which is very good.

We stay in cottage 8 with the pool view and it was just breathtaking. We had complete privacy and that was a plus. If you like nature and the rustic vibe then Villa Sur Mer is the place for you. It was an exceptional experience and we can't wait to plan our next trip there. Thanks to all the amazing staff there as well. They were all accommodating

The Hotel is right across the road from Rick's Café. Villas sur mer has an own access to the Ozean. We stayed in a large, luxury hut so you have your own 'villa' with a cute patio spot. The food was expensive but we had the best fish tacos we've ever eaten so definitely check them out from the lunch / dinner menu! Sublime. It's well located for Negril activities and excursions with easy taxi rides to seven mile beach and the Rockhouse / Pushcart restaurants, which were amazing!

The studio was impeccably clean and well furnished. The villas are convenienty situated just 5 minutes walk from Seven Mile Beach and there is "Best in the West Jerk" and lots of other restaurants nearby. I can highly recommend Moonrise Villas for a vacation in Negril!
