We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Sol Mar. The location is ideal, offering great sea views and is just a short walk to the wonderful beach. It was very pleasant to relax by the pool or under the gazebo. The villa was very clean and tastefully decorated in a lively tropical theme. Miss Joy and Miss Ava were very professional. The meals were well prepared and nicely presented. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host as there were board games and books available. Bug spray was also provided. We look forward to our next visit to Silver Sands. We would definitely recommend Villa Sol to our family and friends

I love the property design and the rooms were equip with all the necessities to make our stay comfortable. The host was great, the security was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

The location is excellent very secured. I saw both unit 4 and 2 the both of them are lovely but unit 2 was fabulous the place is very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The pool on the rooftop it's a blast lovely view up there and very private.

Casa moderna, ben arredata, con tutto il necessario in zona tranquilla residenziale. Molto gradite lavatrice e asciugatrice con un po’ di detersivo da usare. Cucina ben equipaggiata e letti comodissimi. Inoltre si può parcheggiare l’auto dentro al cancello per non lasciarla in strada. La proprietaria e il ragazzo che si occupa del check in sono stati davvero molto disponibili a risolvere alla svelta piccoli imprevisti e far sì che il nostro soggiorno andasse bene.

Hospitality was exceptional,staff was very helpful, Internet access was very good when compared to larger resorts that we have stayed before. Very quiet and peaceful. Needing a quiet get -away with family or friends, or by yourself Joy Estate is the perfect location. Beach within walking distance, and rooftop pool. Definitely going back to this facility in the future. Additional construction is being done and I can't imagine how much greater this facility will be. Great job Joy's. Oh! By the way the beds and mattreses allows for good sleep. NB: For the future : You could Consider property transportation?
