We recently stayed in this 3BHK villa in Goa and had an amazing experience! The location was perfect, with a stunning river view that made our stay even more relaxing. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and had a fully functioning kitchen that allowed us to prepare our morning tea. We enjoyed our 3-day stay immensely, and the housekeeper was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Overall, we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway in Goa. The perfect combination of location, amenities, and service made our stay truly unforgettable!

We had a great stay at the villas for 3 nights. The staff: Naresh, Numa, Kumari, Pavitra, Tila were very attentive, courteous and polite. They treated us like family and catered to every request we had. Pools were always clean and they would clean it again upon our request. They made great homely food and took great care of us. Our kids had a great time with the adults and the kids at the property alike. We will stay here again and would like to recommend this place to all those visiting South Goa.

The villa has any kind of facility, big bedroom, a/c, pool and most important the place is very clean! Aggie the owner is amazing, really helpful and kind person. Breakfast is served with delicious food, the beach is only few minutes by walk

I feel very lucky to have found Villa Barbosa. The host, Reuben, is outstanding. One of those hosts who were born to do the job. Every guest is the beneficiary of a warm welcome and an irrepressible desire to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The accommodation is in an annexe to the colonial family home, a property that several generations of the family have occupied for close to 400 years. It is a beautiful property housed in its own gated garden & grounds, many old colonial features are well preserved. A bottomless supply of filtered water is available on every floor, each room has a/c, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Some rooms have a view of the gardens/road and some a view of an internal courtyard. Bed linen and towels are regularly changed, rooms regularly cleaned. There is plenty of parking space in the courtyard. The property is only 5-10 minutes walk from good local restaurants and a sedate 10-15 minute walk along countryside roads to the wide, empty, sandy Sernabatim beach with beach huts for refreshments and free (just buy a drink/food) sun loungers. Great location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and cannot praise Reuben highly enough for his friendly, efficient hospitality.
