The location was excellent!! Sea views, bus stop outside the door, next door to two pubs and a Thai restaurant … would stay here again for the amazing location! Definitely recommend upgrading to a room with a sea view!!
We had one of the curved rooms on the front, and I loved the windows. They were beautiful and functional — we could open them all for a strong breeze or just a couple for gentler air flow.
The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice touch and warmed the entire room on a chilly night!

It was so clean and there were plenty of amazing shops, restaurants and bars. We were lucky to be there for Liberation Day which was amazing. You don't actually need a car as everything in the town is in easy walking distance and the buses take you all around the Island from the centre of town. Everyone we came across was friendly and the atmosphere in town was warm and welcoming. The only down side is that they still operate Sunday closing where almost all the shops are closed. The place was deserted. We made the mistake of eating at Bohemia which is a Michelin starred restaurant. Not only super expensive but utterly pretentious and the staff were particularly rude. St Helier isn't a cheap place but we had a lovely meal at Aromas and The Oyster Box in St Brelades Bay. The Island is small so all the places are easily accessible by taxi or for those fit enough by bicycle. There was plenty to occupy children too.

I hadn't considered what to expect in Jersey but was pleasantly surprised.
The island is beautiful with a very laid-back feel to it.
St Helier is the perfect size to walk around with plenty of places to eat and drink, and nice quality shops. It has the feel of a nice country town.
Be aware that most restaurants close around 9.00pm so don't get caught out!
The bus from outside the airport took us straight to the town and it is easy to travel around the island from the bus station in St Helier. Helpful staff and a choice of bus tickets for longer stays.
We took an afternoon tour around the island which helped us decide which areas we wanted to visit again. We visited in spring so the blossoms were out, and Jersey has the most beautiful vast beaches.
Friendly and helpful people everywhere we went which added to the experience.

Average city, not very much to do here other than shopping, some pretty areas for photographing. Very disappointing choice of restaurants. Not the place to visit if you are remotely interested in food.

Great selection of restaurants.
Great selection of restaurants. We had superb meals at The White Horse, Roseville Bistro and Petisco Tradicional all within walking distance of our hotel. Not so impressed with cake at Pomme D'Or Cafe. Loved the cycle paths along the sea front and marked cycle routes out to the War Tunnels and Gorey Castle were excellent.

The room was very spacious, well appointed and very comfortable.
The breakfast in the 'Harbour Room' was extremely good. Polite, efficient and happy staff, in a really nice environment, meant we felt, releaxed and well looked after in a pleasant atmosphere.
We wanted for nothing given the buffet style breakfast, with too much variety to mention.
The hotel was in a great location overlooking Liberty Square and Jersey Harbour beyond.
Hotel, bar and restaurant staff are excellent, very welcoming, efficient and very helpful. Our room, (although a pain to get to, up and down different staircases) was clean, spacious and well equipped/furnished. Food and drink was very good(but expensive, two gin and tonics £20), I would recommend eating here, breakfast however was a buffet, I'm not a fan. If I return to Jersey, I would not hesitate in staying here again.
everything was really good from checking in, helpfulness of staff always smiling and happy to answer any queries, our room was just the right size for us and very clean and the location was perfect near the town and bus station which was great as we decided not to hire a car we have stayed at other Radisson Blu hotels before and they are the best, the breakfasts were wonderful as were the dinners in the restaurant
Good position as close to the town Centre. On bus route.Across the road from the tidal pool and beach.
Clean rooms and bathrooms.Typical hotel room.
Friendly and very helpful staff. We had a room facing the back overlooking the carpark. It was nice and quiet. The sea facing rooms are on the main road so thinking they might be noisy.
We enjoyed swimming in the pool although the area was a bit neglected.
the communication was excellent and we really appreciated the room upgrade
the young lady looking after the hotel whilst the owners were away was very polite and we will definitely stay here again
the view from the hotel is stunning and the location is excellent for the town restaurants and many many pubs!!!
All the staff we so friendly, nothing was to much trouble. Special shout out to Hasim, who went above and beyond for us . Our evening meal was fantastic, I can see why so many locals and tourists alike dine with them for food . The hotel view from our room was amazing . Would 100% stay here again .
I enjoyed the spa , swimming pool and hammam. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot leave a comment on that.
The free car park and the proximity with the city centre are very appreciable.
Overall a great location within Jersey.
The room was brilliant with plenty of tea/coffee and facilities.
Never saw the hosts however well informed about how to access property and collect room key.
Amazing place and already been looking to return
Convenient for the bus transpo as literally the bus stop is just across the street of the hotel. You can also walk going to St. Helier town centre for 15 minutes. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
The hotel was not so far from the town centre. The staff were amazing and always happy to help. The hotel seemed to be very clean. Nothing was missing from the room, it had iron, hairdryer, even slippers!
Lovely location, facilities were great - we used the pool. We did not eat at the hotel and didnt see the staff much, but the cleaners did a great job and the bar staff seemed friendly and polite.
Hotel de France is luxury and service centred with excellent facilities and friendly staff. The historical building and modern spa wing sit well together and everything was immaculate.
A great hotel 20 minute walk to beach or St Helier. Busses are cheap stops outside hotel. Many guests are regulars. Housekeeping do an amazing job everything is spotless.
I like that it was opposite the beach, close to town and easy to access. Loads of activities close to the hotel. The food was delicious, staff members were excellent.
