The luxurious Silks Place Yilan occupies floors 6-11 of Luna Plaza, one of the largest shopping centres in Eastern Taiwan. the staffs of this hotel are all amazing and nice and respect their job very much. they show all the heart and patient to all the kids . the hotel owner should give some reward to them!

I’m amazed at the first glance, and even more after taking the bite. One will find western and eastern cooking culture in their breathtaking buffet restaurant. Totally amazing, as an overseas Taiwanese, I would say this is the first place I’ll recommend for international visitors.

I was particularly impressed by the space and comfort of my room, with private onsen on the patio. Staff is very kind and helpful. Japanese restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced for the price. The spa is fantastic too. There isn't much to do on foot around, but people come there mostly to enjoy the facilities of the great resort. Free bikes to rent and at least 3 konbini on walking distance

The owner’s family is so hospitable. They spent a lot of time chatting with us and even made us some food once they knew there were few of us are vegetarians.
