We absolutely loved Na Nirand! Our room was huge and tastefully decorated, turn-down service had a little surprise each evening, and the beds were extremely comfy. They also thoughtfully gave us a birthday cake for my husband and a bottle of nice wine. The pool was a delight: so beautifully designed. The breakfast area was stunning next to the river. We got up early one day for a tour and saw the sun rise. Magical. The spa is also great. I got a foot massage one day and a package another (steam, bath, scrub, massage). All were exceptional. And most importantly, the staff are fantastic. Every one of them, from the front desk to the bar to the spa to the cleaners to the restaurant people were helpful, kind, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you! Altogether, our stay at Na Nirand was unforgettable! We hope to return.

They check on you regularly and offer any assistance possible. We utilized many offered services (laundry, pool, had them fetch a grab to a location that we couldn't find in app, and ate at their breakfast, change for tipping grab driver [they offered to lend money]). They cleaned our room regularly and it looked like we just got there every time we got back to our room. They did little extra things to make your experience special (down to making the heart swan towel folding on the beds). The food was good, offerings of eggs made to order, boxed cereal, pastries, yogurts, Thai food, bacon, breads, hot tea, coffee, juices, water, etc.
