There is also a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. Beautiful location. Hotel full of light with wonderful gardens and places to sit and look out to sea. Large and v comfortable rooms and good selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Friendly and helpful staff who greeted you with a smile whenever you met. Hi light was spotting dolphins from pool terrace. So sorry to leave.

With a modern décor, all studios and apartments at ANC Resort have a cable TV and a fully equipped kitchenette for simple meal making. The rooms and apartments also have a small balcony or veranda, depending on the unit. Our reception is available 24 hours a day for anything the guests might need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were complete. We really enjoy our stay there 👍 Highly recommended

Featuring direct access to Baia de Água d’Alto Beach, this luxurious resort is situated on the island of São Miguel and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Leisure facilities include a large fresh-water outdoor pool. The staff were absolutely wonderful, they went above and beyond. They always remembered me, and my room number, and were helpful in finding taxis, and accepting my delayed suitcase. One time housekeeping didnt come in because I had left the do not disturb sign, and they slipped a card in the room saying they had come by. I really appreciated that! You know they didnt just forget. The food was good, and there was a lot of variety, something different every time. I also enjoyed walked around on the grounds, the beach, and used the pool (though only breifly!) I also enjoyed a massage treatment, which they helped me book! I will be back.
