The hotel is beautiful, quiet, next to a peaceful river and surrounded by trees and green areas. My suite facing the gardens was spectacular and my bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have used in my life. The breakfast buffet which runs til 10am was exquisite and the tea station was the fanciest I have ever enjoyed. The best part of the hotel however were the PEOPLE. It's clear to me from the moment I entered and every call I made that these professionals have not only studied about hospitality but have received countless trainings because they really do their best to make you feel like a king and queen. Incredibly kind, smart, and warm humans. I slept soundly, danced freely with their jbl blue tooth speaker and enjoyed a very memorable bubble bath. Their pools and spas were gorgeous and their private beer bar was delightful. When you go be sure to make time to sit and read outside the breakfast area to see the urubamba river and watch the birds and butterflies. I drank many teas outdoors and I will always remember those quiet moments. When you go to the game area definitely enjoy a round of Sapo 🐸 and Id you don't know how to play ask a staff member. it's a traditional Peruvian game that can be enjoyed alone or with friends.

Spacious, clean good value for money and incredibly kind owner. It was a luxury to have my own double room with private en-suite at such an affordable price. Brandon was so welcoming and helpful and I felt very safe staying here. The room was also immaculately clean, bed warm and comfortable. The cooking facilities also looked good and clean, although I didn’t use these during my stay. Also it was easy to meet other travellers here.
The staff was very nice and would even prepare our breakfast really early as our Tour to Machu Pichu started at 6.00. Room is really big, bathroom too. Nice View from the terrace. My girlfriend forgot something in our room but the staff noticed it and gave it to another friend who was visiting the next week. Thanks for that! Outstanding Service.

Outstanding service and friendliness. The breakfast was really delicious.
I needed a place where to stay for a night since I decided to stay in Cusco for an extra day and I was recommended this place by a local. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and quiet and in the morning I was surprised with a delicious breakfast. And not to mention that the stuff was super nice and helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Cusco and not spend thousands on a luxury hotel. ❤️
The garden here was stunning and with the balcony it really was a slice of magic an absolutely amazing location close to town but amazingly quiet here the staff were so helpful and accommodating. You will not regret staying here by any means. The shower was amazing lots of light and really a feel of exotic luxury they were also very accommodating to the celebration requests we had. Amazing place
it's actually a wonderfully equipped resort, and the price of 150 euros per night, for a gorgeous, huge room with a view of the river... is excellent! Wonderful park with lake with exotic plants The restaurant is a bit better, like the breakfast, the chef is very kind, local live music every evening... everyone tries to make you satisfied!tic fish, very rich and beautifully landscaped garden, Hacienda house... you have to stay more than 2 days like we did.....
The location is amazing, very close to the main plaza and up only a single flight of stairs (a relative luxury in Cusco). The room was large and comfortable and faced a pretty and well maintained garden. The breakfast was excellent - I wish I'd be able to return just for that! The staff were very hospitable and available at all hours and they kept my luggage in storage for 4 days while I was hiking.
The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The entire resort is lovely - we visited the organic farm, and had a tour of the coffee roaster and distillery - an informative and fun experience. The hotel is located within the train station - which means the train arrives literally at your doorstep.
