Every member of your team was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist, which truly enhanced my overall experience. The entire property is a true gem. Its beauty and comfort made me feel right at home throughout my stay, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and amenities. The only suggestion I would like to offer is the addition of an elevator, as it would further enhance the accessibility and convenience of your establishment. Situado nas margens do Lago Wakatipu, o Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa disponibiliza comodidades de 5 estrelas, incluindo uma piscina interior, um centro de fitness e um spa. We loved everything about our stay in the Hilton, the views of the lake are magnificent, the food and staff are amazing too, we mainly dealt with Conrad who looked after us tremendously. We only stayed for 2 nights but immediately tried to book for another 2 we enjoyed it so much, will definitely be returning asap.
