Permai Rainforest Resort is an eco-friendly resort at the foot of Mount Santubong, a 5-minute walk from Sarawak Cultural Village. The resort offers a café and barbecue facilities. If you love nature, just go here. The treehouses (we had number 5, which has an almost free view to the sea) are situated in the middle of the Rainforest and we saw different kind of monkeys from our balcony passing by. The treehouse was clean and freshly painted. Staff is kind and there are several activities . We went with KC on a nighttour and he showed us several nocturnal animals / insects. The restaurant is good.
