Staff is so accommodating. Overall experience worth it. The service is outstanding. You can do everything via WhatsApp and make any requests you can think via chatting with them 😀 they will make it happen. The breakfast every morning it was a real highlight, and the view was otherworldly. The bread and pasties were fresh. The chief Chatu made a birthday cake for my sister birthday 🎂 🥳. He is a very nice man 👨 actually all the staff are friendly and great. The spa was a highlight, and the fitness centre was perfect. The front desk Mr. Imad Aldeen and concierge services went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect... Everywhere we looked was simply breathtaking the photos. Do not do the justice. The whole wellness offers so many activities such as paddle,sikiling,yoga,scuwach, tinns, and more. While we are looking for an affordable stay in Ella, We found this. The room was comfy and very clean . It's at the centre of attractions. Perfectly located next to little Adams peak and nine arches Bridge. The rooms got nature views and great stop to sit and chat in the evening. I really recommend the breakfast, the best breakfast ever!

Ella dream catcher resort provides accomodation in Ella and has amazing views of mountains and fields around the property. The guest can see train climbing the mountain from the windows. Wonderful service, delicious & large variety breakfast, Clean rooms with a beautiful view, soft bed & pillows. The perfect place to stay in Ella!

The Sri Lankan breakfast was a culinary delight, especially the milk rice paired with spicy chutney. The manager's personal attention throughout our stay was commendable. We look forward to revisiting this exquisite establishment on our next trip to Sri Lanka.

Boasting a garden, Kelburne Mountain View Cottages is located in Haputale. This property also welcomes guests with a restaurant and a terrace. The quality of service, particularly from Ravi and his team was just spectacular. Extremely responsive, proactive with suggestions and always pleasant - we would come back here just for Ravi! The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable - particularly when it got cold in the evening, the fireplace was exactly what we needed - someone was always available to ensure it was running :) The location is beautiful - gorgeous views from the cottage across the forests and some mountains. Clear view of sunrise and sunsets - very peaceful and quite ! And finally, probably the biggest highlight - the food!! Freshly cooked based on what you order with options across local Sri Lankan and Continental cuisines- it was always on point ! The first night, after a gruelling travel day the string hoppers, the curries, the sambol and the dessert was like a warm, long hug!

The hosts were more than helpful and lovely and helped us with everything we needed. From tuktuks over laundry to cooking Dinner (which was super tasty and more than enough) The location is just stunning and perfect if you are looking for a quite spot with an amazing view over the tea fields. You have a lot of privacy there is but always someone around in case you need anything. We would definitely book Green Leaf Resort again.
