The staff was exceptional. Specifically Sathish who works there helped us navigate through our stay with lots of ease. The food was so affordable during this difficult time and the cabana we stayed in was something out of a dream!

Very nice, helpful and friendly hosts. They gave us a lot of advices what to visit inKandy and surrounding. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and delicious. The resort is at the riverside, nice view and very quiet.

Green View Holiday Resort has a variety of rooms, each with its own private bathroom. Free WiFi is available in the resort’s common areas. Facilities include an outdoor pool and restaurant. The pool was very big and the water was actually cool! Very refreshing! My kids loved it! The owner is very nice and even went to go pick us up some dinner after our night swim:) Fans and air-conditioning in the room! The location is about a 15-20 min drive outside of the Kandy city centre, but we thought it was well worth it!

Very spacious room - with a comfortable bed. Shower with warm water. It is a little hotel (5 rooms), a bit out of the city center... well situated on the hillside, with a very nice view (especially for sunset!). The owner is very kind and helpful - he offers Tuk Tuk - transport from and to the city and also very nice tours, for sightseeing around. On the top is an open terrace, where you can have breakfast or dinner (need to order ca.1h in advance) that you can choose from the menu! A good place to stay!

We had great breakfast. Home made by Mrs Roveena & the bed was really comfy and very big , calm & very clean place. We really appreciate free pickup from Kandy railway station . Located in Kandy, 15 km from Ceylon Tea Museum, Bellwood Hills Resort & Spa provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. The property was breathtaking. Sat on top of a mountain about a 40 minute drive out of Kandy it’s an amazing experience just getting there. Upon arrival you are greeted by the most friendly staff who make you feel right at home from the start. Standout features are the hot tub and rooftop pool, as well as the stunning view from the restaurant. I ate the prawn curry for dinner and it was absolutely delicious. The staff are very professional but also are more than happy to have conversation and have a joke if you’re anything like me. The Spa treatment was a lovely way to relax in the morning, and Havsha (the man on reception) organised everything for us for whenever we needed it. Weather it was the Spa treatment, a Tuk Tuk tour of the surrounding area with a fantastic scenic lookout, or even organising us a driver to Columbo, he did it all with zero hesitation.

The owners were so nice it was like home away from home they prepared beautiful vegetarian dinner for us and a packed breakfast as we left early, beautiful clean room with super comfy beds I would definitely return.
