We loved our stay at Tree of Life. This truly is a gem of a boutique hotel. The room is so clean and comfortable with an incredible shower and bathroom. You feel like you are living in a truly safe and private home. The hotel is about a ten min walk to the beautiful beach in Bentota but we always took advantage of the free Tuktuk rides from the most amazing staff that work so hard. They all go above and beyond to make sure their guests are well cared for. Upul and his wife treat you like friends of the family and we felt blessed to have met them. Upul took us on memory making excursions. We went on the river safari, Yala national park, a trip to Galle taking in the moonstone mine and topped off by releasing baby turtles into the sea at sunset. We had fabulous food at Tree of Life and also recommend Malis and Vintage as great spots to eat. On our last night, the team gave us a farewell dinner that we will never forget. My husband enjoyed a red snapper from that morning’s catch and I had the most incredible prawns. It was such a kind gesture and we were really touched by their generosity. This is a very special place to be and we highly recommend you stay here. Thank you so much to everyone at Tree of Life for giving us the most memorable holiday. We will be back!

El Ayana Sea se encuentra frente a la playa de Wadduwa y ofrece pileta al aire libre y jardín. El mejor servicio de los 6 hoteles en que estuvimos (y eso en Sri Lanka es algo reseñable) . El hotel es idílico con un césped espectacular junto a la playa y bajo los cocoteros. La. habitación muy bonita y confortable con un baño inmenso. Muy buen desayuno y restaurante.

Our butler Dilhara was outstanding. We loved the wonderful view from the hotel and the fantastic beach, which was clean and guarded.

Perfect stay! We enjoyed quiet and beautiful nature. Rooms are spacious. Nice pool and beach nearby. Staff was very professional and polite, very helpful and friendly. We had great meals, very delicious, fresh fish and prowns -the cook is high level copliments! Breakfast was also very good! Service 5* hotel Also if you need they have a driver for daily trips or transfers. If we return to Bentota, our favorite place in Sri Lanka, we would choose the same place to stay!

Selavi in Bentota is value for money at an exeptionally nice peacefully located waterfront villa with beautiful garden and wildlife. This was our best accomodation in Srilanka so far. We stayed in the Junior Suite with bath & Terrace. It's a fantastic and comfortable luxury room with a private terrace and a very nice bathroom. The room is equipped with Aircondition, hot & cold water, dual use private bathroom, refrigerator, fan with regulator, Satellite Tv including all European channels, high speed Wifi, clean new white linen and bathroom towels, bathtub, bidet and high-quality fittings. And free Tea & Coffee and electric kettle, free bottled drinking water. All for USD 55 for the double room per night - amazing. The breakfast was amacing and included in the price. It included strong coffee, good Srilankan fresh fruits, jam, butter, toast and Srilankan omelette. Breakfast served in the restaurant while watching the small fishingboats. They served a very tasty seafood dinner with prawns & calamari incoconut cream, curry and green vegetables salad, which also was amacing, for just USD 15 p.p. After breakfast we enjoyed an unforgettable Bentota River Safari and saw many animals like Monitor lizards, Fruit bats, babycrocodiles, Mongoose, kingfisher, colorful birds and Water Lilies in theirs natural habitat. It was a nice experience, and compared to other River Safari at Madhu ganga, there was not much boat traffic. It was a nice peaceful River Safari, all for 30 USD with a very good safari driver who saw all the animals much before us. During the day, Elion, the manager and tour guide, drove us to the Kandevihra Budhist temple and to a beautiful garden named Brief Garden. Next time we visit Srilanka, we will do a bird watching tour to Bundala, Yala and Kandy with Elion as his knowledge about the country's history and culture and birds is awesome. Selavi also has a very good home visited Ayurveda Masseur.

Priyanka villa esta situado cerca de Bentota, no es muy fácil de encontrar, pero esta rodeado de naturaleza. El lugar tiene un jardin hermoso. Muy tranquilo todo. El host es muy simpatico pero cuando llegamos al alojamiento no estaba, sino que hasta el otro dia por la mañana. Es mejor reservar con un poco de tiempo. La casa es muy grande y bonita, de estilo colonial. Habitaciones enormes con mosquitera, baño privado y salida a una pequeña terraza. El desayuno fue fenomenal, muy completo.

Waterside is on the bank of the river and property was stunningly beautiful. Rooms were BIG and very conformable. close to Bentota beach. I would love to visit again.
