Our stay at Abu Bay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed. What truly sets this hotel apart is its stunning location. Surrounded by a private beach cove! Waking up to breathtaking views of the ocean was an absolute treat. Our stay will be truly memorable!

The setting is fantastic - peaceful and set apart, with fabulous views from all sides of the property across 'valleys' and to the sea. The staff are wonderful and so warm and friendly. They create a really relaxing environment where nothing is too much! The managers were extremely gracious and always took the time to talk to the guests and check in on everything. Rooms are large and beautifully laid out so you can be comfy inside and outside on the terrace - either way enjoying the views and your private pool night and day.

The views offered from within the comfort of the room or from the cosy restaurant or even the majestic swimming pool are truly mesmerising. Overlooking lush jungle and the Indian ocean, it is without a doubt a hard to beat view. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, away from the chaos and noise of the main road, but within 5 min from beautiful beaches and beach clubs. After a long day out, retiring to such a luxurious and tranquil resort made my stay all the better. I highly recommend this pearl!

The place was very clean and well maintained. It was located around 10min walk from the beach, in a jungle. The only problem was very bad reception and super slow WiFi, but if you sat closer to the router it worked well. The typical breakfast of eggs, toast and fruits was included. The hosts were amazing, they upgraded our room without additional payment. What is more, they helped me when I needed charger after mine broke.

Situated in Hikkaduwa, 300 metres from Hikkaduwa Bus Stand and 500 metres from Hikkaduwa Beach, Arcadia Resort features a year-round outdoor pool and barbecue. Amazing Jay the manager with everything we needed. Always smiling and making our stay the best ending for our trip. Lodge houses are super big, clean, comfortable and the garden and pool felt like paradise. The price you pay for what you get is more than ok. If we come back definitely we will come here again.
