They have a super star cooking chef. Everything is 5*. We will definitely come back.

Comfy and clean beds. Lovely seating area where the doors open to the garden and can have a decent view of the ocean too. Food: Our booking was on B&B but we had dinner on day one as we got late to arrive to the hotel. Decent collection of food for both breakfast and dinner. If they include a bit of local food that will be handy as well. Staff: Friendly staff all around. Always with a great smile and willing to help if needed.

Amaya Beach Passikudah har en fantastisk udendørs pool, som ligger mellem resortet og stranden, og tilbyder rummelige værelser og suiter med egen balkon og gratis WiFi. Hotellet er godt udført og placeret i den bedre del af stranden. Det er ikke tale om et 5 stjerne hotel, da niveauet og standarden som forventes af en 5 stjerne ikke er tilfældet, hvis det skal sammenlignes med Uga Beach og Anantaya Resort længere ned af stranden, som holder niveauet. F.eks. var maden (morgenmad og aftensmadet - buffet eller a la carte ) alt for ringe udført og ikke velsmagende. Udvalget er småt (både til morgenmad og aftensmad). Poolen er god og personalet er søde og venlige.

The eco-friendly Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa - Thema Collection sits on the sandy shores of Passekudah Bay on the east coast of Sri Lanka. Thank you all for making my stay memorable. I will never forget the beautiful sunrise in 6.15am and first swim the same time. Ruben was the day star and the best helper, also the lifeguard. My only advise to the hotel - more attention to the environment, surroundings and cleanliness of the whole beach not the hotel part. Spa is another little gem of the complex. The food and the chef with all the staff were amazing. Great place to feel happy.

Anantaya Resort og Spa Passikudah ligger i Passakudah og har udendørs swimmingpool, fitnesscenter samt spa- og wellness-center. Der er endvidere en bar på stedet. For our second visit to Passikudah we chose Anantaya Resort and we couldn't have chosen better. From the first moment to the end we were looked after by the friendly staff, especially Rishopana and Kanogitha. We booked this resort for a room with direct access to the pool and we were lucky to get perhaps the nicest room. But what makes this resort special is the people who work here. We also spoke with the friendly beach/pool attendant S. and likewise the waiters and cooks at breakfast and dinner did everything they could to make the guests happy. Excellent Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner. My husband was delighted that the waiters here could spin a beer with a foam cap. The room was very nice and clean. The pool was cleaned regularly too. Free sunbeds on the beach. Beautiful beach and walks. If we had not booked another stay before, we would have stayed longer. We will definitely be back here soon!
