Green Garden Resort is a perfect place to stay in Habarana. The environment and the atmosphere helped us to relax. The garden of this hotel is very beautiful. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. A good smell came from the room. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. Not only breakfast but also lunch & dinner can be had here at a low cost. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. They arranged my all tours with lowest cost than elsewhere (including Pidurangala, Dambulla, Village tour & Elephant safari). They washed my clothes in lowest cost. The price performance ratio is very good. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Green Garden Resort again.

What a gem of a place! When you arrive, the entrance doesn't look like much but once you go up the stairs and meet the family, you know you're in the right place. They are simply the kindest people you will meet on your journey. I loved my room. The bed was the best I've had on this trip. New, soft, and so comfortable. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfasts are insanely good. An array of home cooked and mostly coconut based dishes. I'm a fan of coconuts so this was heaven for me. They have the hookup for tuktuks around the old city and there are lots of restaurants immediately around the guesthouse.

Abbiamo scelto questo resort per la casa sull albero e s è rivelata una decisione favolosa! La camera era sospesa su un albero con rami che entravano in stanza da letto, estremamente suggestivo e romantico. Il bagno era per metà all'aperto, sospeso, con doccia tra i rami! Stanza sufficientemente pulita, adatta a chi può adattarsi un minimo, con spirito selvaggio ed avventuroso. Resort con giardino curatissimo e bella piscina. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e lo staff estremamente gentile e premuroso. Colazione abbondante e cena molto buone. Non vedo l'ora di tornare, anche con amici per provare la casa sull albero più grande.

Habarana Tree house Mutu village features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Habarana. This 3-star resort has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. This property was really wonderful. It's funky in a good way with a beautiful pool, places to relax, and delicious food. The location was really great as well as we were in the middle of the jungle listening to the birds all and feeling the peace of nature.

Well set in the centre of Anuradhapura, Lake Edge Resort provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. We planned to stay 2 nights but we ended up extending it to 5 nights. The family is extremely friendly and hospitable, going far and beyond to make our stay convenient and unforgettable: local tips, washing clothes, cooking any meals, short transports, and scooter rent can be arranged without hassle. They even significantly discounted the final bill and gifted us with some local souvenirs! The food was absolutely delicious! Fresh ingredients cooked with love, and the recipes were changing according to our liking. Every morning when we left to explore and late at night when we came back they came out to greet us and see if all is fine. The resort is with amazing views. The lake, sunrise and sunset are gorgeous with a view to 3 biggest stupas with lights on the whole new night. It’s 7-10 minutes drive with a scooter to the nearest stupas and ancient hidden sights. We had many mornings e.g. at Wessagiriya cave complex meditating and resting on smooth rock formations under giant rocks shadows, and watching peacocks’ dancing. All rooms are with A/C and very comfortable beds. There is no water heating (or cooling) so if you don’t demand hot showers but instead prefer refreshing cool showers during the hot days, it will be perfect. Next time we will come back with a bigger family. Thank you so much for everything! 🙏

The owners were so friendly and the location was very calm and beautiful. The room was very clean and good and the breakfast was amazing. We would really recommend to stay here!

It was one of the best places i have stayed over my 6 weeks trip in Sri Lanka. The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable and there was AC (which I really appreciated). The host was kind and helpful, he prepared me delicious breakfast and helped me to arrange a tuktuk driver.
