Quan Campbell, was very helpful and friendly, she called and check up on us the next morning as she promised and that was a WOW to me. The room attendant Ingrid was very helpful and had my room room extremely clean, Ashley did a fantastic job on the day of my check in and departure the bellman on checkin was very friendly but sorry i cannot remember his name. The lady chef in the breakfast dining room she was friendly and nice. I love the way she did my eggs had to go back the next day. The overall staff was fabulous and the environment on a whole was comfortable and peaceful. I will definitely be going back there to stay.

Gardens were beautiful. So were the beaches. The staff really tried their best to keep a fun vibe going. Bartenders are phenomenal. Very nice people. Bars open till midnight. Very cozy rooms with your own mini balcony. We loved the fact that each room was a villa. It almost felt like a community. Didnt get that stuck in a resort feeling like when you go to other places. Security was serious about his job too. He is not letting anyone in that building unless he gets their name and license plate lol

It offers a splash pool, direct beach access, free Wi-Fi and has a Diamond Club. Breakfast was amazing the Jamaican breakfast A+ the food was great staffs like Admir Dyer Hk , Lindsay from Room service , kamoy from Zen they were perfect. I enjoyed my stayed loved the pool they are beautiful. All guest should keep there band on for notifications that there still legal to be on property. If bands should be remove Caz early check out plz indicate or use a day pass band idk something .
