I’m lactose intolerant and she cooked breakfast completely without dairy. She even made a specific croissant without dairy and had dairy free yogurt. I would highly recommend and would like to go back again.

Very, very nice hotel! Excellent taste in the overall decoration, every little detail was well thought of. There are two restaurants, one for breakfast, with a nice predetermined menu with small changes every day, and also the a la carte option with additional cost. The dinner restaurant is in a beautifully decorated area and the food and the wines are excellent. Everything, even the wines, comes from the Masseria grounds. Service is exceptional, everywhere in the hotel. It seems like everyone at the hotel is prepared to make your stay into an unforgettable one! Even the two mean looking dogs are nice and ignore guests. The hotel offers some activities but you need to access the site to find out about them. Do it in advance and be prepared. On our last day we found out about the cooking class and, although it was a Sunday, Nicola was very nice to organize one for us. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it. And after learning how to, that will be your dinner!

Set 1.5 km from Martano centre in the Apulia Region, Don Agostino Relais Masseria boasts an outdoor pool and views of the pool. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site. The whole place felt so private and secluded, it was such luxury. All of the staff were absolutely fantastic, they made us feel so welcome and couldn’t have done more for us, all with a smile. The breakfasts were incredible and the pool area in particular was a real highlight. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

An antique country house in the middle of Salento, Agriturismo Costarella features rustic studios with free Wi-Fi and kitchenette. Buses stop 800 metres away and link with Lecce, 20 km away. Very beautiful messaria layout. Very friendly staff. Clean facility. Exceptional breakfast.

Set in the Puglia countryside just 2 km from central Ostuni, Agriturismo Salinola offers a summer pool, a garden and free WiFi. Rooms are spacious and simply furnished at this farm stay. Fabio and is family provides a 5 star service. The rooms were outstanding, the staff attended to all of our needs. This is a very quiet and peaceful refuge, while you are exploring the countryside. The gardens, and trees provide shade and an area to sit and read a book. The food for breakfast and dinner were superb. Ostuni is an absolutely beautiful town and the people very welcoming and kind. The Agriturismo is very close to the beach resort area, and the water of the Adriatic Sea is refreshing. There is a pool on the property and very well kept, with a poolside bar operated by Lorenzo. Special thanks to Antonio our waiter for dinner, and Fabio's sister who served us for breakfast. We will return again next year to explore Puglia further.
