Although Makaskar is a busy beach town, we felt away from the noise and crowd in our apartment. The reception and the resort staff are courteous, welcoming and helpful. They want to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We stayed in an apartment instead of a bungalow, which was perfect for us being a couple. Large bed, bathroom, spacious front terrace with table and chairs and a sunbed. Perfect to have meals alfresco. Towels are changed every four days and equipped little kitchen if you like to stay in and make your own meals. Great large private parking. We felt at home very quickly!

Every little detail has been thought of. A fantastic, sustainable hotel in a beautiful location - not too far from Stari Grad. The wellness complimentary timetable was excellent and we enjoyed the yoga classes very much each morning. The spa was one of the nicest we've been in and the gym was great for a hotel gym. We borrowed hotel bikes to get to and from Stari Grad which were wooden - such a great idea to offer this for guests! Completely blown away by the helpfulness of the staff and also made to feel looked after by them. Such a brilliant hotel, I will be coming back here at some point for a longer vacation as we felt sad to leave.

Enjoying a beachfront location and boasting several outdoor swimming pools, Romana Beach Resort is set in quiet location in Makarska, 1.5 km from its centre. An on-site restaurant, bar and a wellness centre are featured and guests can relax at a beach with sun loungers. Everything was very clean and the location is very good. The nearest beach is 1min away from the apartment. The pool is nice and clean, the temperature of the water was good. The apartment is very big and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious and has many options.

Set in Kaštela, near Gabine Beach and Resnik Beach, Lady Di apartments is a recently renovated property, featuring, a casino and free bikes. The air-conditioned accommodation is 700 metres from Bijačka Kaštela Beach, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary WiFi. The property is soundproof and is situated 16 km from Salona Archeological Park. Everything was perfect. Small apartment but has absolutely everything you need. Super clean and only 5 minutes away from the airport. Super nice hosts. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in that area.

The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. it was in a very good location. 15 minute walk from the Port/ Ferry’s and from where everything good is. Beaches are a 10 minute walk. There are 2 flat screen TV’s, a great kitchenette and a wonderful brand new apartment. Couldn’t fault much about this place.

New furniture, new kitchen appliances, large screen TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher with capsules. Nice big balcony with sea view. The owner waited very kindly. There was cold mineral water and soft drinks in the fridge. Chocolates and biscuits on the dining table.
