And yet, here I am, placing Bioli on my top 3 best places to stay. From the perfect location outside the crowded Tbilisi, to the amazing services provided by the staff, there is not a single small thing that I would have expected to be different. Highly recommend this property.

Clean and cozy room packed with enough consumables and amenities you might need. Owner is friendly and quick in response. Enough stores in the perimeter to shop for daily food and needy items. Nice little playground and a swimming pool to peace up the atmosphere.

The location was excellent, and the apartment was fully equipped with all the accouterments one needs for breakfast or meals at home, especially for families. The host, Nata, was very helpful and shared insights into Georgia and Tbilisi. The apartment was very clean and located, I think, in the Armenian district of Tbilisi, the Avlabari. Pickup for our various day excursions with local tourist companies were just a few minutes away on foot and proximity to the sights was a definite plus. The corner bakery and small grocery stores/markets nearby also a definite plus.
