Located on the beachfront in Batumi, Dea Apartments has a private beach area and is close to Batumi Beach. Everything was just fine. Good location, great balcony, I could have stayed there for days. 😊 It's in new Batumi, close to the beach, stores, restaurants. We really enjoyed our time here, we plan to be back. You can't have enough of Georgia 🇬🇪 ❤️. I can only recommend the place.

Offering a barbecue and views of the sea, Iko's Family Apartments is set in Batumi in the Ajara Region, 450 metres from Batumi Archeological Museum. Free WiFi is provided throughout. Everything! The apartment is large and bright and was cleaned. It is in very quiet location but at the same time it's very close to the most of attractions. The park is in next door. Seafront is 10 minutes walk. There are cafes and grocery stores around. Host is very friendly and can tell you about everything around, where to go and what to see. And I guess it's so nice to know that he is in touch at any time and ready to help you on any issue! Even though I didn't need help)

This is the worse place I’ve ever stayed in, it was SO DIRTY!! I do not recommend at all. We had to change our room, so dirty & unclean, the floors dirty, sheets very dirty, bathroom dirty!! What??!! When we went to ask for a refund they said we’ve stayed up to 40 minutes in the room so they can’t change it. They also tried to leave a fake review under my name saying I liked the place. I didn’t want to review it before but why would you try to leave a fake review under my name?? Is that how you deceive your clients?! No way!!
