Great wee resort, central to plenty attractions. Clean spacious accommodation, great facilities

Location, central and perfect to navigate around. Minutes walk from train station and car parks. Hotel room modern and bathroom had a double shower unit / power shower and luxury soaps, which was a real treat. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast (full Scottish breakfast) was fabulous, best tattie scones I've ever tasted ! We ate dinner in the bar restaurant and service was quick and friendly staff. Food was good. Pricey however everything in Pitlochry seems expensive ! Loved the white pudding from the Mckays chippie next door.

As usual, it seems that making a reservation through Booking.com relegates you to the worst rooms....I guess this is because the resorts resent paying a commission to Booking.com!! Booking.com, it happens all too often!....would you please do something about this!

Loved our stay here, from the very friendly welcome we received from Karen when we arrived early, to the wee luxury toiletries in the very spacious bathroom in our room. A lovely relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful breakfast cooked by Taylor. Great location, excellent value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen and her team.

On arrival the welcome from Janice at reception was great. She explained everything that we needed to know, from where to find things on the resort to places to eat outwith it. The onsite restaurant was lovely, great food and live music the night we ate there

Everything. The gorgeous room, the wonderful breakfast, the lovely host, David, who came out to greet us when we parked and helped with bags, the welcoming cream tea on arrival, the convenience for the theatre and concert hall, all the little extra touches. The Townhouse easily matches and in some cases surpasses the bigger 'luxury' hotels we've stayed in.

Stunning from the moment the door opened. Really nice host, exceptionally clean and beautiful decor. Cracking big room, comfy king size bed with luxury bedding. Breakfast of champions.

We booked a Luxury Spa Lodge and a Family Lodge. They were both lovely and exactly what we were looking for. They were very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I have visited your hotel over many years and always praised the outstanding service and luxury offered at Dunkeld House Hotel. As usual the food was exceptional and restaurant staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. In particular, Willie and Ewen were exemplary and should be recognised for their efforts and commitment to their guests. All female staff were also pleasant and helpful.
