Lovely, cosy hotel with luxury rooms. Great food on the doorstep.

A beautifully presented hotel in a great location. Quite expensive but does have that luxury feeling.

Very nice place. Good standard of cleanliness. Although booked luxury room, it was rather modest in size and they only put out bathroom goods for one. Pleasant location. Good lunch.

The spa was good. However the staff need Co ordination and for a luxury 5 star which was rumoured 7 star , restaurant staff service is abysmal. Also the security was rude, on top my booking wasn’t received hence cancelling and rebooking, the manager paoulo helped and was frustrated as went esp for spa which couldn’t use

Absolutely luxury accommodation. I fell in love with the place. The owner has really gone out of their way to make sure every need is catered for. The breakfast items left was a wonderful surprise. Had netflixs. WiFi is really good.

the location was good for our visit, easy walk to the Theatre. The copper bath was luxury.

everything was an experience. the entire hotel is decorated incredibly, the rooms are beautifully designed with luxury in mind, the food at the English restaurant was delicious and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly. would highly recommend coming for a special occasion.

This was a luxury resort so it had good facilities eg spa facilities.
