Mr Mohamed el Gohary assisted us in every single detail. I travel a lot and I’ve been in countless places but never in my life i’ve seen this kind of service, cleanness, hospitality and experience. the food was mind blowing too. i think life is too short to travel to the same place twice but in all honesty I can’t wait to be back to meraki!

Steigenberger Alcazar is the latest venue in Nabq around 15 minutes from Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport. We enjoyed our time there as the resort really was amazing. The Landscape, the pools, Spa, room service, the beach, the live show, and the restaurants (Lebanese & French). The breakfast was excellent as many collections of food there. The Staff was very helpful and friendly specially Shaimaa in reception, Shareef in French Restaurant & Mohammed in the breakfast time in the main restaurant. We will come again to this resort on our next trip.

I really liked the idea of benefiting from activities and restaurants in both hotels, and the staff`s courteous behavior is very helpful with anything you request.
