Este hotel está situado no coração de Port Ghalib, no Egipto, e disponibiliza uma praia em frente à praia, uma ampla piscina de estilo lagoa e luxuosas acomodações de 5 estrelas. A receptividade e simpatia dos funcionários foi o que mais nos chamou atenção. Todos muito alegres e dispostos a ajudar sempre. Em especial o Ahmed Kamal que serve drinks no bar da praia, um funcionário super atencioso e simpático. Segue, ao final, uma foto dele com meu marido. A variedade de peixes nos corais que ficam na praia privativa do resort é excepcional. Incrível e deslumbrante poder vivenciar isso tudo sem precisar sair do hotel.

Very good hotel on the beach. It is part of a big complex, the length of the beach walk is around 1km. Most part of the beach is with rocks, but there is also sandy beach which is good for kids near the big restaurant ( Soprano ). There is also a pier to the deep water, but it was mostly closed beacuse the wind. Beacuse of the big area there is a bus line between the reception and the big restaurant in every 20 minutes and sometimes a little sightseeing train also takes guests around the hotel. We had 3 reservations for different type of rooms and asked to be close to each other, they were able to give us rooms close to each other in higher standard rooms and we got those better rooms without additional charge. Late checkout also was not a problem. The staff is very polite and everybody speaks English. I liked that the staff starts to speak to us in English not in Russian. Also a good thing that it is enough to tell to the agents ( massage, trips etc ) 'no thanks' once. There are enough bars, we did not had to wait for the drinks. In some of the bars there is a drink list with some basic cocktails ( pina colada, mojito, long island etc ) included in the All incl plan, we have tried some and they were unexpectedly good. There are about 20 pools, some of them is heated, the water of the slides is already heated. There is a free usable wifi in the entire hotel. Very good for families with kids ( suitable beach, slides, 4 person bicycles, ice cream at snacks restaurant etc ). The food was good, there is enough selection.

Nice hotels d we like the salt water lagoon and the water slides. The hotel is suitable for adults and kids. Staff are friendly and smiling all the time.

We felt the european standards. Restaurant is amazing! Clean rooms. Large beach! Nice playground. We saw dugong and turtles several times. Well trained , attentive to detail and happy staff.

Special thanks to the Restaurant Staff and Manager Tamir, which made sure our fond memories of this place could also be remembered by taste, their attention to details and unending ability to surprise us with ever new flavours left us speechless and wanting to return!
