This was amazing place , right in the mountains. The days were warmish, snow on the last day but the grader had been out by 1100. Staff bent over backwards for us.. Great place ..great stay

Located in Jasper National Park in the Canadian Rockies, this resort offers canoeing, fishing, and hiking. It features a private beach, on-site dining, and rooms with gas fireplaces. The location of the resort adjacent Pyramid Lake and the surrounding mountains was perfect. Our suite was located on the top floor and the view was breathtaking Our suite had a separate living area to the bedroom which was very comfortable We thoroughly enjoyed our stay along with the peace and tranquility it provided

The Night shift manager was Taylor , there was some problem with our booking but he sorted the issue immediately and was very nice and helpful.
