Great beach front location, right in town and close to everything. Our room was pretty and very comfortable.

Loved the kitchenette, large bathroom, indoor and outdoor shower. Great service with sun beds on beach in front of your beach suite. Sun cushions put out every day for you. Nice pool but sea is calm and warm. Great shuttle service into Placencia or local restaurants Loved the space, privacy and peacefulness of the beach suites.

Offering an outdoor pool and a seafront restaurant, Mariposa Belize Beach Resort is located right on the beach in Placencia. Staff was amazing ready at any moment to respond to questions and requests. Beautiful location right on the beach, grounds were immaculate. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Appreciated the complimentary bikes kayaks and paddle boards.

Flawless grounds , flawless staff , communal dinner was great to get to meet other guests , catered to special events really well - cannot fault ! very clean large room in overwater bungalow

Umaya Resort & Adventures is located on the beachfront in Maya Beach, just a 20-minute drive from Placencia. Pleasant staff! Beautiful location on the beach! The rooms are spacious with full kitchens. Large pool with poolside bar. Easy access to restaurants on site. Several nice restaurants close by.

Jaguar Reef Lodge & Spa is located right on Belize’s beautiful coral reef in Hopkins. It offers quick beach access, plus 2 outdoor swimming pools and an on-site restaurant. Hotel staff were all very friendly. Hotel and grounds were meticulously clean. The food at the restaurant was wonderful (particularly the breakfasts!). Great location in near a very cute town with extremely friendly local residents and near a dive shop. Loved the over-the-water ceviche restaurant!

The hotel has a private beach area in the Hopkins Bay Beach and it is 3 km away from the town centre. It features free Wi-Fi, an extensive garden and a furnished terrace with 2 swimming pools. The grounds are beautiful. My room - beachfront villa - was spectacular; many times during the day and night I would sit on the patio and watch the sea while listening to the waves. The staff are the best. they are all genuinely friendly. Special thanks to Travis, Michelle and Adelma at the restaurant (I did not get the names of the other staff members there but everyone was very nice), Robert and Natasha in the office, Edd and Dennis who helped with the booking of excursions, and of course Pablo - who shared his knowledge, enthusiasm and love of his country.

Located in Maya Beach and with Maya Beach reachable within a few steps, Ceiba Beach Resort provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant. Upon arrival Kyle made us feel welcome and at home. Kyle was extremely informative, accommodating, and his many years in hospitality is clearly an asset to this resort. My husband and I would go back and stay again here when visiting placencia belize.
