Amazing experience, the thermal pools were something out of this world. Being able to swim in heated waters while its snowing above you is an unforgettable experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The staff at the front desk was really great. All of our luggage was lost by an airline the day before and everyone there was so helpful. Especially Cristiana (sp?) who went above and beyond to help us out. The room was spacious and clean and the location was incredible. Having coffee on the balcony in the mornings with a view of the surrounding mountains was exactly what we needed! The only regret about our stay was that it wasn't longer!

O luxuoso Gradonna Mountain Resort situa-se no Großglockner Resort Kals-Matrei, mesmo ao lado de uma pista de esqui, e apresenta uma área de spa com 3 000 m² e elegantes quartos e chalés. Great options for vegetarians. Beautiful hotel design and a great reading window space in the room. Great service and despite the size of the hotel it never feels crowdy. Everybody really friendly and accommodating.

This 4-star superior hotel, 3 km from Kössen, offers a 3,000 m² spa area with an indoor and an outdoor pool, a tennis court, free Wi-Fi, and 2 restaurant. There was a lot to like at this hotel. We had a nice spacy junior suite. I could not name something special, without mentioning everything. It was a great room. Diner was a buffet, but the food was very good, lots to choose and really wonderful value for money. You get a parking spot in the cellar, quite nice in winter. Great sauna, wellnes, big size fitness and swimming pool. I loved the combined ski-area Winklmoosalm/ Steinplatte for which you drive 15 minutes to Germany.
