I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Banyan Tree Krabi during our family trip, and I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was. The staff, particularly Ms. Dear, Fah, Ron and Fip from the kid's club, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that our stay was nothing short of amazing. From the very first interaction, Ms. Dear greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She took the time to provide us with all the necessary information about the resort and its amenities, and even went the extra mile to recommend local attractions and activities suitable for our family. Her knowledge and passion for her job were evident, and it immediately put us at ease knowing that we were in good hands. The kid's club was a true highlight of our stay, thanks to the incredible staff members Fip. From the moment my son stepped foot into the club, he was greeted with open arms and a playful atmosphere. Fip was not only attentive and caring, but they also had an amazing ability to connect with children and create an environment that was both fun and educational. My son was thrilled to participate in the various activities organized by Fip, and he made wonderful memories that he will cherish for a lifetime. Throughout our vacation, the staff at this resort consistently exceeded our expectations. Whether it was the front desk team who promptly addressed any concerns or the housekeeping staff who ensured our room was always clean and comfortable, every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about our well-being. Not only were the staff members exceptional, but the overall quality of the hotel was outstanding. The facilities were well-maintained, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the dining options provided a wide variety of delicious cuisines to suit every palate. Incredible place - an absolute paradise where you don’t feel like there is a lot of tourists around you. the beach is really great and everything about the hotel is so nice. we did a portion of our honeymoon there and we were very very happy. We will come back at some point

The location was great. Away from the hustle and bustle of the busier tourist spots like Ao Nang but close enough to be a short taxi ride away if you want to go to the tourist attractions. Tup Kaek is right on the beach that is not busy with people, and has plenty sun loungers to relax on. The pool is amazing and our pool side villa was just perfect! The food, oh my, the food! The best curries we have ever had in our lives! Absolutely delicious. Breakfast was also great with an awesome morning view over the beach and ocean. Friendly staff as well. We will be going back!

Room was Huge, very clean and comfortable bed. The beach is stunning and wonderful views. Breakfast is amazing, with great choices. Would recommend We had a lovely room with whirlpool bath. Also had water and snacks in room. The room was amazing. You can get shuttle bus to town.

Very reasonable price with good location and nearby local restaurant and 7-11 which makes it so convenient. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially Bung Dech who helped me a lot after had a little accident and needed to use a wheelchair. The pool and breakfast are also great and the hotel also provides free shuttle to Ao Nang.

Everything about this little place was fabulous. Such great quality in all aspects. The bungalow was perfect, the staff were a great team and laughing and smiling and communicating with the each other and the guests. Great atmosphere. Close to a beautiful beach and little street food stalls across the road and close to restaurants, 7/11 and really a little gem. Cute cats
