Lovely place. I have been here before and came again. The resort is right on a lovely typical Portuguese beach; it also has a few pools scattered around the resort area, all lovely and clean. There's plenty of stuff to do for the children and the resort is really geared towards catering for them. The kids had a whale of a time.

The pool access was so easy with the pool bar as a bonus. Because it was a smaller boutique hotel, it was so easy to get to the pool, there were always chairs available, it was small and a bit more cozy than a big resort. I loved this. Outstanding service in the restaurant and at the reception. The manageress who checked us in and out was very accommodating and helpful. Good first impression always sets the tone for the entire stay. Although the property itself is four star, the quality of the food and service was pushing five star. Our room was spacious with tasteful contemporary interior design. The small kitchenette was a nice addition to the room.
