The staff was very friendly and helpful everywhere on the resort, if there was something we needed help with or had a special wish we could always ask and the staff tried there best to accommodate us. This being an all inclusive resort the food was delicious at all times, our favorites was the steakhouse and the buffé restaurant. The amazing bartenders could mix any type of drink you desired and even on the standard all inclusive we received drinks made from Havana Club rum, Bombay gin, Smirnoff vodka and so on. The hotel was very clean and the was both in the room, at the pool areas, the bars and the restaurants. The hotel is about 800 meters from the beach, it is a bit of a steep walk but if that is to much for you there even was a train going every half hour from the hotel to the Alvor beach and back. And if you aren't a big fan of the beach the pool areas are super nice as well, there is an adult pool area, an area with 3 pools for everyone and a kids pool. There is even a doctor on the resort.

Miscommunication for transfer from the airport, but it can happen... They solved it very well. Some other gasts made many noice the first night, but they changed our room to a more quiet room on another floor. So if there is a problem, they quickly look for solutions. Personell was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was good. Rooms were always clean. Hotel is also good situated : close to the beach and not so far from the city centre.

Property is in a great location and everything is really well maintained and standard really high. Walking distance from the sea and some great local restaurants.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, fácil de encontrar y con mucho aparcamiento en la calle. Lugar tranquilo, y a pie de playa. Sus alrededores son un paraíso. Playa para caminar y paseo a la ribera. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, microondas, horno, nevera, tostador, secador, wifi, aire acondicionado, etc. Unas vistas a la playa y a la ria que no tienen precio. Todo muy acogedor y limpio. Alexandra es muy amable, y servicial en todo momento, y te da la bienvenida al apartamento con agua, infusión, galletas y caramelos. Además te deja café para el primer día, todo un detalle. Admite mascotas, que es otro punto a favor. Lo recomiendo 100% porque tu mascota va a disfrutar en este lugar, tiene una playa inmensa para disfrutar de grandes paseos, y muchísimo campo para que pueda hacer sus necesidades nada más bajar del piso. Sin duda, repetiré aquí el día que vuelva.
