Almost everything was at the level of really a 5-stars hotel, the staff very attentive to any request, the breakfast is just fantastic, the housekeeping team is real looking to make your room the most confortable and with pleasant surprises along the stay. We had 3 dinners at the main restaurant with lavish buffets for seafood and Turkish. We had 1 dinner at Chinese mood (it was very good but not excellent). One of those hotels that makes you really want to come back.

The hotel is a gorgeous building, decorated with great taste: it represents elegance and opulence, without feeling ostentatious in any way. Every staff member, regardless of their hierarchy level, has provided incredible service; they are helpful, very friendly, and excellent in their work. The hotel is surrounded by lush date tree forests, bright red mountains with dramatic cliffs hanging over a sea filled with incredible marine life ( a paradise for snorkelers and divers alike). We have dined in Sultanah and were met with delicious (and locally inspired) gourmet food. A spotless stay in a haven of peace.

Noregur
The room with a sea view was great. The hotel is on the beach, which is great for swimming, walking on the beach, looking at all the different people using and enjoying the beach and its surroundings. There are several small cafes and restaurants right around the corner, which is great as a supplement to the very nice cafe/restaurant in the hotel garden next to the beach. The staff is great. David and Francis, who are running things are really friendly and always helpful.
