Amazing hotel, amazing service. Wonderful breakfast, variety of choice, you can order almost everything. Restaurants in the hotel are a bit pricey, but you got what you expect for this money. Pools, both public and private were excellent and clean. Arranged car rental and some excursions through concierge service, all went very well. Separately wanted to say that hotel staff are doing great job, everybody. Many thanks, it was great time. Want to return sometimes.

Remote location in nature but close enough to get to Kuah within 10 minutes by a taxi. Beautiful massive pool and really lovely staff. Very clean and well taken care of property. Food was also decent. Resort vibes without the pretentiousness and very cheap. Had the nature view room which was great because it was never noisy, whereas the pool rooms I imagine are a lot noisier due to people chilling at the pool.TatevikYoung couple

It was a good swim and theres a picturesque view on Kuah, including the tower! Theres also a smaller women-only pool next to the big main pool. The resort was exactly like in the pictures. I also liked the filtered water stations where we could fill up our bottles for the day. All in all, definitely worth the money and a good price-quality ratio.LaraGroup

Some of the food could become cold perhaps because there wasn't a lot of people and much of the food would have been pre-cooked. Staff was very friendly and helpful, very responsive. The views around the resort were absolutely stunning. The Spa was amazing, one of the best that I've ever been to. The room was big, had an excellent view (partially blocked but we expected that from the description already), water pressure, temperature and air-con were very good.

As it's a resort and spa it's quite far from the main town but the marina is walking distance and there are a few restaurants if you don't fancy eating at the hotel.

Kuah is a town with a night market etc but it's not a beach resort so quiet if that's what you want! You will need to rent some wheels from the hotel or use taxis. A GRAB to Tanjung Rhu beach was about 30 Ringgit. Dont miss the SktCab and Sky Bridge. The hotel was exceptional value. Big, bright rooms, great views from the balcony. Helpful staff.
