Staff were accommodating and friendly. Rooms are very clean and nice view. Shuttle driver is very approachable and helpful in giving us the directions as it is our first time in Genting. Will definitely book this Hotel again.

Kudos to the Front Office Staff (I think, the one in the small office that i didnt get her name) and all of the cafe staff first of all, they were great!! Felt Welcomed and suprisingly the place is just lovely, although the property is hard to maintain but i hope the owner keeps on the good work! It is such a beautiful concept and trust me 10 Years in the hotel industry, this place is simple with a tinge of Japanese Vibes :D. + Point for the onsen! My Fiance loved the place so much we stayed and lazed in the room basically on one of the nights :D. P.S Food is a Delight there! Worth it.

The location was peaceful and tranquil. Room was well maintained and plenty of amenities. Staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. Restaurants have great food.

The Staff are very courteous and friendly . Arrived at the place very early and we were accommodated by Mr. John Mark Frias and his staff for early check-in and even upgraded our Family Room to 2 Bedroom Suite with no extra charge. He even offered us an alternative option to see the Japanese Garden while waiting for our room which actually a great idea. I really like the serenity and calmness of it.
