Good location; nearby Petron, grocer shops, a lot of restaurants, etc. We didn't have to look far for food. Amazing host; super friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean and complete with what we needed. My family and I had a great time there spending our weekend together. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Grand Ion Delemen is one of the popular properties except the main one which is the First world hotel and resorts. The property is at a 1.5 km or a 10 min drive from resorts world and the main location which is the theme parks. You would see some construction activities going around the hotel as they probably are expanding. Coming to positives …on your arrival from the cable cart you can straightaway reach Hotel from the Bus terminal of the resorts world where a shuttle is operated by the Hotel at specific times.. you need to pay RM 5 per person for the same. The property is uphill at a excellent location, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. You have different eating options - Kembali Kitchen, Fairy Tales Cafe, Tavern in the sky and an Italian restaurant so a lot to choose from … The breakfast menu of Kembali kitchen is excellent and quite elaborate and a lot to choose from. The outdoor area is great and gets covered with fog and chilly winds in the morning. All in all a good experience of a Malaysian hill station…

大自然でリスなど動物がベランダで見れます。 朝食時会場景色もよく快適で食事も美味しかった。ジムも設備が整っているのでスキマ時間にトレーニングできます。部屋も快適に過ごせました。Staffも言葉通じなくても翻訳使い説明してくれた。

Kudos to the Front Office Staff (I think, the one in the small office that i didnt get her name) and all of the cafe staff first of all, they were great!! Felt Welcomed and suprisingly the place is just lovely, although the property is hard to maintain but i hope the owner keeps on the good work! It is such a beautiful concept and trust me 10 Years in the hotel industry, this place is simple with a tinge of Japanese Vibes :D. + Point for the onsen! My Fiance loved the place so much we stayed and lazed in the room basically on one of the nights :D. P.S Food is a Delight there! Worth it.

Very quiet, away from the day crowds of Colmar. We enjoy the peacefulness very much. Very few guests, which makes the resort very spacious and quiet. If you need a getaway from everything, I think this resort definitely meets expectations. The room was really comfortable and spacious. The bed was so nice to sleep in.

The Staff are very courteous and friendly . Arrived at the place very early and we were accommodated by Mr. John Mark Frias and his staff for early check-in and even upgraded our Family Room to 2 Bedroom Suite with no extra charge. He even offered us an alternative option to see the Japanese Garden while waiting for our room which actually a great idea. I really like the serenity and calmness of it.
