The resort is amazing. We had an incredible experience. Staff are very polite and customer oriented. Food is amazing. Very high-quality meals with comfortable restaurants and easy to book. Pools are big enough and never crowded. Kids can easily play.

We had a swim up room and it was amazing. Our Butler Joel was amazing as well. Weather was perfect. Can't wait to come back next year!

Located in Cancún in the Quintana Roo Region, 4.1 km from Cancun Bus Station, Caribbean apartment located in an resort "All Ritmo Cancun" features an outdoor pool and year-round outdoor pool.

The host was very friendy, had some advices about any acitivities and could help on any arrising issue. Location is good, the apartmenent is amazing! Full of any necessity you can think of.

This Kempinski Hotel Cancun features 2 outdoor swimming pools, a spa and a private beach. It offers modern rooms equipped with an iPod docking station, CD player and cable TV.

The breakfast buffet is wonderful. We also loved the Eggs Benedict from the menu. The service is wonderful as in all restaurants in the Kempinski.

The food and the amenities were great. Both the rooms and the hotel itself were very clean and organized. Staff was very helpful as well. It was also a big plus that it was an adults-only hotel so it was very calm. The highlight was the room, the hot tub was amazing.
