The entire experience was amazing. Everything was so well curated, from the entry drinks to the welcome foot cleansing rituals to the entire facility on its own. This was one of the best experiences we have had while travelling! The service was immaculate, the personalised butler assigned to us namely Nalinka was an absolute sweetheart and made our stay 10x more comfortable and elevated the overall experience. He made sure we felt at home and ensured we were most comfortable during our entire stay! If you do end up going do make sure Nalinka is your server/butler for the stay you won’t regret it!

2 great pools with a children’s pool attached. Absolutely beautiful gardens and nice big room. Hot and cold shower a bonus. Breakfast if you want it. The manager Jay was what made my stay too, he was so helpful giving me great recommendations for dinner. He always had a friendly smile and was always interested in talking to me which was very nice. I would definitely stay here again if I come back. Thank you Jay!!!

It was a great stay in The chariot hikkaduwa. While we were booking the hotel we worried a bit as there was no much review about the hotel as it is Newly built hotel . But ,!We were so happy about our selection. Great team with grade hospitality. Always supportive. We had a TV issue and they solved quickly and said sorry thousand times which shows the hospitality for customers. When we ate hoppers I felt the same taste how my mom use to make hoppers . Homey feeling which was great. We love the architecture of the hotel. Highly recommend and we will visit again

This is an incredibly beautiful place for solitude and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle. Our stay was comfortable and unforgettable. Thank you to Andrea and Shyam for their hospitality and the best rooftop breakfasts with a stunning view. I am in awe of the resort's design, every detail. The property is stunning, a true Sri Lankan oasis. The staff are very friendly and tentative, nothing is too much trouble. Plus, it’s very quiet, we occasionally saw other guests but the majority of the time it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! it’s also only a short walk to the Main Street of Hikkaduwa. I’d definitely go back if I were to visit Sri Lanka again.
