I liked that we could walk to many restaurants and stores. The view of the pool and canal was great. We were able to borrow sand chairs for the beach. the beach is also walkable from the condo.

The location is great for restaurants, but is a bit far from the nice beaches - the hotel provides a shuttle as part of the resort fee which is awesome! So we used that a lot. Breakfast was lovely each morning, especially the breakfast staff. Martin is amazing. The pool area is beautiful.

As advertised you have access and use of all of the facilities at the Weston resort across the street. This includes their pools, beach, lounge chairs and parasols which are complementary. There are luxury cabanas you can pay for and reserve. You can eat at any of the Weston’s restaurants and charge it to the room. Sunshine has its own pool which was less crowded and very clean. The condo was really clean and the AC worked the best! All the amenities of the resort were great! We played tennis used the pool and even enjoyed the small beach.
