WOW What a hotel! If you're in Udaipur and want to enjoy a little heavenly Oasis, then you must stay at the Raffles! We went for a wedding so that's the main reason for staying there, but wow we were just impressed by everything. The room (spectacular), the food (delicious), the facilities (amazing), the grounds (beautiful). From the moment you are greeted to get on the boat which takes you to the island where the hotel is to the moment of checkout, the experience was amazing. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful! Highly recommend all those visiting to at least enjoy an evening or two at this palace.

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, con un cuore grande, ci hanno accolti prima del check-in e ci hanno offerto un late check out. Colazione deliziosa in terrazza. This was one of the most outstanding hotels we have stayed in!! Absolutely everything was exceptional - from the stunning location on the lake, the gorgeous Palace suite, the wonderful meals in the restaurant to the outstanding staff!! The warmth, professionalism and ability to anticipate all our needs was extraordinary. We came to celebrate my birthday and all the staff already knew this was a special occasion for me and they all went the extra mile - starting from Mr Kunal at the jetty who set the stage and continued with his amazing hospitality to the boatman, the doorman, the rose petal shower (so fun!) to the birthday cake, Ms Rashmi and her colleagues at check in, the cleaning and gardening staff to all the servers in the wonderful restaurant- they made it a very special weekend!! I was so blown away and touched by the genuine hospitality. Thank you all so much!!

Had an amazing stay here in late March for three nights. Had the best time at this beautiful newly renovated property. Honestly no complaints, beautiful location, beautiful property, amazing staff. Get a room with lake view if available, totally worth it. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible, from reception to room service to the restaurant staff, extraordinary service. Also best breakfast I have had in India so far.
