Really really friendly and helpful staff, and their services went beyond just the hotel; we forgot some small jewelry and a Kindle at the hotel, and they arranged for it to be delivered all the way in Allapuzha! We’ve never really seen such service before, and I’ll be coming back again here as well as suggesting my friends the property.

Property was good with lot of activities, the view from the balcony was beautiful, the behaviour of staff was soo good front office house keeping and the restaurant staff all are professionals and well mannered my family was soo happy.

Offering Ayurvedic Treatments under Doctor consultation, yoga, meditation and nature-based wellness , Sitaram Mountain Retreat is set in midst of a spice plantation with valley view in Munnar.

By far one of the most beautiful stays we had in India. Sitaram hotel was not only clean, tidy, well organised and tranquil, the staff which was excellent and professional was literally the highlight of the stay. Excellent yoga classes and walks in the morning as well.

Windermere Estate, resort a Munnar

Set in Munnar in the Kerala Region, 8 km from Mattupetty Dam, Windermere Estate features a barbecue and views of the mountain. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant.

The estate is located at an ideal distance away from the bustling Munnar town. It is far enough for one to enjoy the tranquility yet near enough to easily get into the town if necesary. I could dropped my luggage at the reception while I went for a hike in the morning before I checked in. Service was attentive, warm and friendly. The estate kindly upgraded my 1st floor garden room to the 2nd floor spacious estate room with a view over the tea plantation. Love the hot tea and snack served in the evening especially during a cold rainy day. The door mat outside my room seemed to be a favourite spot of the estate friendly dog. She was always lying there quietly when I open my door and followed the group around during the plantation walk. The guided walk around the cardamom and peper plantation owned by the estate was educational. Our guide was looking out to see if the elderly in the group had difficulties following and made adjustment along the way. The dinner decided by the chef was wonderful especially the fried lamb. Although the sky was overcasted with slight drizzle in the day with heavy downpour in the night, Windermere estate is the perfect place to be stranded in such weather after some tiring Munnar explorations. The thoughtful staff also insisted we took the large umbrella to our rooms which turned out to be useful as the rain resumed during dinner time.

We (couple) stayed for 3 nights. It is a magical location up amongst the clouds. Scenary is spectacular and facilities amazing. Great if you want to relax and immerse yourself in nature. Staff were also fantastic - also recommend the jeep safari to see the local area

Situated in Munnar, 13 km from Lakkam Waterfalls, The Mudhouse Marayoor features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge.

The location is just amazing, surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature. There is also lot of things to see around (waterfalls, viewpoints) and it is not far from Munnar so you can visit from there as well. The highlight was Deu (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who was taking care of us during our stay and it made us feel like a home. The food was also delicious!
