I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful place Villa Samalas in Gili Meno, where the very friendly staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The bungalows were nice, and there was a small restaurant, as well as a good and quiet beach. Everything lived up to the expectations one would have for a vacation. The wifi worked very well in the room. I would highly recommend this place and would love to visit again. Thank you!

It was simply amazing! Everything was just perfect. The location, great staff, beautiful hotel, so jummy breakfast and all this right at the beach. The room is really nice and big, as well the bathroom. Everything was so clean and the staff made an amazing job. They were so friendly and very helpful with everything. The breakfast was included and it was delicious and great! About the location we don’t have to talk about, it was simply stunning, right at the beach. The water is so nice, turquoise and it’s very easy to swim there and snorkeling as well. We saw many turtles right in front of our hotel beach. We really had a great and amazing stay there and we would definitely come back!

Bask is an exceptional experience. It is more than stunning accommodation, Bask is world class in terms of high-end, beach-front, architectural resort living, without any compromises to experiencing the very special Gili Meno. Bask compliments Gili Meno’s stunning little island identifying, as the quietest of the nearby islands, making the sense of a tropical island paradise become a reality. Bask provided us with luxurious villa living, our own beautiful pool, thoughtful furnishings, and a breakfast that was a total food highlight in quality. The staff were so incredibly kind, caring and brilliant in their ability to deliver a very special holiday life-style. The owner/s of Bask have a considered approach to conservation, community care and local wellbeing too. Every day we snorkelled with turtles, grabbed a local massage, enjoyed a stunning dinner in the Bask restaurant, walked a different path in the island everyday and frankly, even though its only minutes away by boat, chose not to move far from Bask. The main resort has a glorious large pool, art gallery and underground pool. We loved it, and look forward to seeing Bask continue to influence improvement in environmental care in the local region.

The hotel is super nice. The location is idyllic and you can watch the turtles in the sea while having breakfast. The staff were super friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful time.

The location was really close to the harbour. The staff helped us locate bikes to rent and provided us with a map. There was information directly outside the hotel and breakfast was served right on the beach.

Everything was great! Convenient location on the beach, less than 10 min walk from the boat pier. There is a small shop renting snorkeling equipment right next to the resort. I saw both green and hawksbill turtles! Also, lots of corals. Overall, great location for snorkeling. The restaurant has good food. The room was clean and comfy, air conditioning was working well. I loved that the room had a big reusable water jug instead of plastic bottles.

The location was amazing! Made up for everything. You literally walk out your beach cabin into the sea. Just could use a lot of renovation. Everything is outdated. But the staff and the location makes up for that! Beautiful and would come back either way.

The resort is literally just insane! The pool area, the garden and the interior of the rooms are just amazing! There is a big swing and even a bicyclezipline in the garden. We stayed in the resort for 6 nights and we would have definitely stayed longer if we had more time! The breakfast was very delicious and the staff was so friendly! The resort is located next to the beautiful lake in the heart of Gili meno, it’s a 3 minute bike ride to the beach (we preferred the west side of the island for swimming and snorkeling). The bikes are for free. We can highly recommend this place!
