Absolutely wonderful stay at sofia resort. From the moment we walked in we were greeted very professionally, and everything was explained about the rooms and facilities. Christos went above and beyond to ensure we were catered for. The staff in general were very friendly and helped with every request we had. We built a personal relationship with them and can't wait to go back. The room was unreal, really amazing from the cleanliness to the size and facilities within. The bar was probably the best part, the view was amazing and Nico knows exactly what he's doing when it comes to a drink. He knows his way around a cocktail and even created a new one not on the menu just for us...(the "no name"). Not forgetting the jacuzzi, chill music and ambient lighting at night. Thank you so much guys, see you again soon.

Great hotel, excelent location near a beautiful sandy beach. Very comfortable sunbeds in pool and beach. Very good food in the restaurants. Really nice and efficient staff!

O Hotel é moderno e muito agradável. Existe um ginásio ao ar livre, e uma zona de jogos com ping Pong, matraquilhos, bilhar, setas, entre outros jogos que é disponibilizado pelo hotel gratuitamente. As instalações são suficientes para o número de hóspedes. Durante a minha estadia não tive problemas em encontrar espreguiçadeiras disponíveis na zona da praia/piscina. Staff simpático e muito prestável. O restaurante apesar de pequeno tem bastante variedade de comida, e havia sempre vários funcionários a trabalhar a todo o momento. O quarto era espaçoso e confortável.

Breakfast and dinner was excellent! As well the super cleaned pools and hotel premises. Also super cool was that there were lifequards on duty in most pools. Vote also to the hotel animation program.

Hotel is nice and very well organized. From the first moment on the reception desk we encountered friendly and proffesional staff. Everything is very clean. Towels in the room were changed every day. In front of hotel is sandy beach with enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all the guests. Food in the restaurant is tasty and with very good variety. We would come back again. Recomendations!

The breakfast was Served as a buffet, it was always fresh and hot. The staff where all attentive and friendly. Everywhere on the resort is cleaned to a high standard. Our room was a great size it was cleaned and restocked every day. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

Much gratitude to Rula and Nikos, the hosts, for the magnificent stay! Starting from the hospitality drink and home made pie , followed by a lively and entertaining but absolutely not intrusive party and support with whatever we needed, everything was just perfect! The room and the whole premises are pristinely clean, room service is daily, the courtyard seems to be cleaned incessantly. The location is ideal, you turn round the corner and fund yourself at a very good beach, shop, car rental office are also within 2 min walk. And the hosts do their best to support with everything - car rental ( it is our second time on Crete so we knew the rental place, but Nikos supported all possible changes and arrangements), covid tests before flight, virtually everything. Cuisine is also delicious,. Looking forward to staying there again!
