The hotel was exceptional! The location by the beach has magnificent views yet the hotel is close enough to Heraklion that we could just go out for dinner. We were incredibly satisfied during our stay there (4 nights) and hotel far exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. There is a big buffet for breakfast with plenty of options and the pool is pretty large with a pool bar.

The beach is beautiful, the sea was warm! There are lots of plants and palmas! The food is perfect, every lunch and dinner can eat various types of food! All inslusive includes everything what you need in a good holiday! The staff are superfriendly and consuderate! We must have to come back again!

The private pool for our room was big enough to take a few strokes (it was bigger than the average). Right near the beach and amazing water temps and the hospitality was next level. The airline lost my wife’s luggage and right from when we arrived, they got onto the airports and airline lost and found and tracked our luggage and got it to us. Alexandra the senior ambassador was so accomodating to our needs and getting my wife’s luggage back for us was amazing. Will be definitely coming back on our next holiday.
