From the moment we got to Seaside Resort we were greeted by the most friendly staff, to the guys minding our bags to the ladies in reception, we couldn't have asked for a warmer and simpler check in process. We arrived early on our check in day and was kindly offered if we would like to avail of the buffet breakfast, this was not expected as we were arriving so early. We also got kindly upgraded to a fantastic room. The view from our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were only able to stay at the resort for two nights but we would love to return for a longer stay in the future! The food was very good with a good selection as the buffet. I didn't realise that the a la carte menus were an extra cost however I believe you are entitled to a meal if you stay seven nights. We did eat in one of the A La Carte Menus on one of our nights and it was really nice and the views are fantastic. We also need to mention the Gym Facilities, they are truly fantastic and the trainer was so friendly and accommodating! We also visited the spa for a massage on our stay which again was fabulous. We will definitely be back and will recommend to other friends visiting Crete

The Aministrator of the hotel Agapi is so usefull, she helped me to change the dares of my booking. I got one of the best rooms view upon arrival. Amazing goid, beach is super for the kids. Good entertainmebt. Ckean rooms. Beautifull location. I am coming bach in 2024.

I had the most incredible experience at the Blue Bay Resort Hotel in Agia Pelagia! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel like a cherished guest. The panoramic views from my room were nothing short of awe-inspiring, and I found myself captivated by the beauty of the deep blue sea and the serene atmosphere. The staff at the Blue Bay Resort Hotel are second to none. They went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with any request made me feel like I was in a home away from home. The level of service truly exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was luxurious and meticulously maintained. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, ensuring I was ready to embrace a new day of adventure. The dining experience at the resort was a culinary delight. I sampled a wide array of delicious dishes that celebrated the flavors of Crete and the Mediterranean. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of options, each prepared with the freshest ingredients and an artistic touch that made every meal a memorable experience. The resort's facilities, including the pristine swimming pools and spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or engaging in water sports, there was never a dull moment during my stay. One of the highlights for me was the Blue Bay Resort Hotel's commitment to sustainability and the environment. Their eco-friendly practices and dedication to responsible tourism really impressed me. It's refreshing to see a resort that cares about the planet and actively take steps to minimize its environmental impact.

Breakfast and all staff were amazing. All restaurants were amazing, we were constantly surprised. More facilities than one could possibly need. The resort itself is just beautiful, with all the villas and most beautiful plants all around. We recommend the lifestyle suites.

I liked the energy the staff were trying to create in the evenings with the live music. The manager provided with a doctor free of charge to assist me as I got a stomach bug. The room was cleaned everyday!

The staff was incredibly nice and genuinely work hard to make your stay nice. They went above and beyond several times if there was any issue or inconvenience. The hotel is perfect for families that want an affordable all inclusive resort that could be anywhere. The family room was spacious with a separate area for kids. The spa was fantastic!

From start to finish, its great value for money. Not the most fancy but comfortable, all inclusive experience. The most amazing were the swimming pools and slides, catering and location. In general, every single buffet meal was tasty and fresh. Also enjoyed the soft drinks, tea, coffee etc. You are right on the beachfront, near 2 small shopping towns and there is a Hop on-Hop off bustop at the entrance! Our family enjoyed small conversations with the friendly, helpful and thoughtful staff. We got great ideas for excursions, car hire, taxi and there is a small shop on site is very useful. Oh and another bonus! There is a kids club that actually keeps kids engaged so we could get adult time in between! They were begging to go back everyday and so we truly had a great, fun, restful holiday ;-)
