Definitely a holiday we will remember with affection! The structure is wonderful and clean, the staff always helpful and friendly and what about the food? Fabulous!!! Despite the large number of guests, the food was always of high quality, selected, always different and for all tastes. Usually buffets create confusion and rush, but this is definitely not the case. The same applies to the services in general. The animation team spoke mainly in French, but although it was not our language, we were involved and participated in every activity. In other words, every day was always a pleasant surprise! An experience to be repeated and recounted. Thanks to all the wonderful people who made this holiday memorable!

The Aministrator of the hotel Agapi is so usefull, she helped me to change the dares of my booking. I got one of the best rooms view upon arrival. Amazing goid, beach is super for the kids. Good entertainmebt. Ckean rooms. Beautifull location. I am coming bach in 2024.

I sampled a wide array of delicious dishes that celebrated the flavors of Crete and the Mediterranean. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of options, each prepared with the freshest ingredients and an artistic touch that made every meal a memorable experience. The resort's facilities, including the pristine swimming pools and spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. There were many choices for breakfast. Location is wonderful in the little village of Agia Pelagia. People were so helpful. Very lush when walking around the grounds. Lots of pool options and 2 beaches to chose from.

I liked the energy the staff were trying to create in the evenings with the live music. The manager provided with a doctor free of charge to assist me as I got a stomach bug. The room was cleaned everyday!

Very friendly staff ,very good meals and drinks, very clean, nice location with big private beach and swimming pool. The public transportation from the hotel gate to downtown and old city also directly to the airport for one and half euro.good value for money paid.
