Definitely a holiday we will remember with affection! The structure is wonderful and clean, the staff always helpful and friendly and what about the food? Fabulous!!! Despite the large number of guests, the food was always of high quality, selected, always different and for all tastes. Usually buffets create confusion and rush, but this is definitely not the case. The same applies to the services in general. The animation team spoke mainly in French, but although it was not our language, we were involved and participated in every activity. In other words, every day was always a pleasant surprise! An experience to be repeated and recounted. Thanks to all the wonderful people who made this holiday memorable!

The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, ensuring I was ready to embrace a new day of adventure. The dining experience at the resort was a culinary delight. I sampled a wide array of delicious dishes that celebrated the flavors of Crete and the Mediterranean. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of options, each prepared with the freshest ingredients and an artistic touch that made every meal a memorable experience. The resort's facilities, including the pristine swimming pools and spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or engaging in water sports, there was never a dull moment during my stay. Breakfast and all staff were amazing. All restaurants were amazing, we were constantly surprised. More facilities than one could possibly need. The resort itself is just beautiful, with all the villas and most beautiful plants all around. We recommend the lifestyle suites.

excellent food, highly organised and excellent service. It was a very nice resort where torelax and enjoy time with the family and also being daily active in sports organised all day long. the water park is highly taken care of by lifeguards

I liked the energy the staff were trying to create in the evenings with the live music. The manager provided with a doctor free of charge to assist me as I got a stomach bug. The room was cleaned everyday!

Very friendly staff ,very good meals and drinks, very clean, nice location with big private beach and swimming pool. The public transportation from the hotel gate to downtown and old city also directly to the airport for one and half euro.good value for money paid.
