Excellent view, similar to Antonis luxury hotel Oia, although my room has some light and water heat problem, after the manager assist us, problem solve. Over all, a very nice stay experience and and beautiful view, we recommend to stay this hotel. The staff was very helpful especially Mr. Chris, very nice service and doing his job well.

The Hotel is a real 5 stars, with extraordinary facilities! Since we arrived, they welcomed us with champagne and offered us the access to all the facilities even if the room wasn’t yet ready (arrived around 11 am). We had a sea view room with astonishing views, extremely clean and very beautiful style. The hotel is amazing, situated on the edge of a cliff, very nice architecture, modern look but classy at the same time. They also have access to a beach (the water is very clean). The food is very good! Very tasty and diverse, amazing sweets, and there are also the a la carte restaurants. Also the drinks are very good (imported, not local), bartenders are professionals, high quality products, from coffee to spirits or cocktails. The Staff is also professional, everyone is kind, polite, well trained and they really do their best to make you happy. The pools are great, with clear salted water, and bars around. I can say it’s the best hotel we’ve been in the whole Greece (not only Crete), and we saw more than 10 5 stars hotels in Greece till now. There is nothing I didn’t like, this is a truly 5 stars! 10 of 10 from me, and will come again for sure!

I liked everything. This was really a 4* resort, built on the rock and in the rock. Beautiful scenery, The food was good, great selection. Everything clean from the room to the pool and beach areas. You have to walk quite a bit, it is large there. The room was modern, light, well maintained. The balcony had beautiful sea view. Nice garden all around. If you travel by car, the road there is a bit narrow. Everyone there was nice and helpful. I especially appricated that they have let me stay in the room a bit longer during my check out when there was a bad thunderstorm outside.

The accommodation was luxurious and meticulously maintained. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, ensuring I was ready to embrace a new day of adventure. The dining experience at the resort was a culinary delight. I sampled a wide array of delicious dishes that celebrated the flavors of Crete and the Mediterranean. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of options, each prepared with the freshest ingredients and an artistic touch that made every meal a memorable experience. The resort's facilities, including the pristine swimming pools and spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or engaging in water sports, there was never a dull moment during my stay. One of the highlights for me was the Blue Bay Resort Hotel's commitment to sustainability and the environment. Their eco-friendly practices and dedication to responsible tourism really impressed me. Idyllic location, beautiful room (Olga Suite), spotlessly clean and excellent food (especially Safari and Seasalt and Rosemary, where the service was exceptional). The additional small touches were a very pleasant surprise (welcome drinks, baclava, fresh fruit in the room, etc). Staff helpful and friendly. Pool areas and private beach beautiful.

I liked the energy the staff were trying to create in the evenings with the live music. The manager provided with a doctor free of charge to assist me as I got a stomach bug. The room was cleaned everyday!

The staff was incredibly nice and genuinely work hard to make your stay nice. They went above and beyond several times if there was any issue or inconvenience. The hotel is perfect for families that want an affordable all inclusive resort that could be anywhere. The family room was spacious with a separate area for kids. The spa was fantastic!

From start to finish, its great value for money. Not the most fancy but comfortable, all inclusive experience. The most amazing were the swimming pools and slides, catering and location. In general, every single buffet meal was tasty and fresh. Also enjoyed the soft drinks, tea, coffee etc. You are right on the beachfront, near 2 small shopping towns and there is a Hop on-Hop off bustop at the entrance! Our family enjoyed small conversations with the friendly, helpful and thoughtful staff. We got great ideas for excursions, car hire, taxi and there is a small shop on site is very useful. Oh and another bonus! There is a kids club that actually keeps kids engaged so we could get adult time in between! They were begging to go back everyday and so we truly had a great, fun, restful holiday ;-)
