Beautiful modern, clean and spacious lodge with fantastic views over the Cornish countryside. The lodge was very comfortable, very clean, and looked brand new throughout. The lodge had a large sitting/dining room/kitchen area, plenty of storage space and all the mod cons (air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, internet & TV) needed for a longer stay with young kids. A large terrace (with amazing views), outdoor seating and a BBQ are great additional touches. It was located in a quieter part of the resort which was ideal for us as you never felt that it was too crowded or busy. The main hub of the resort was about 5 mins walk away. We loved our stay at the lodge and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Definitely value for money in our eyes.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in 4 Berth Caravan in Newquay Bay Resort for 4 nights with my family. Firstly, the owner was very polite and helpful and replied very quickly to my messages which was great. He gave us lots of information about where to go, where to eat and what places to visit. Thank you so much for that. You are a star. :-) The caravan itself was very clean and welcoming with lovely Christmas decorations. The owner has also provided coffee, milk and full bag of sweets which was very popular with my children. :-) We also loved that the bed sheets were very clean and bed was very comfortable. There was also plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen towel and all equipment needed to cook meals. The location was brilliant as everything was close. The beaches we visited were breath taking, absolutely beautiful and they were only few minutes away by car. We even had Aldi and Asda close by which is very helpful if you have children. We loved our holidays and we highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for having us and hope to see you soon...xxx :-)

Absolutely amazing holiday! Loved every minute of the stay, host is lovely and easy to get in touch with. Pool is lovely and warm and the entertainment is Brilliant for the kids. Caravan is big, spacious, clean and modern. Can't wait to book same caravan again!
