The beach is a coral beach so barefoot walking was doable, but sandals preferred. The beach was so spectacular that it made no difference. It was endless in both directions, with fascinating lava flow formations. The location was excellent with easy access to the entire coral coast.

Staff are friendly and very efficient. There is a variety of restaurants catering to most tastes. We especially loved the adults-only pool and poolside restaurant and bar. One of the few main island resorts that have both a great pool area (2 in fact) and a nice beach.

New bed was super comfy - wonderful stay - cannot wait to return. Thank you to all staff you are amazing and the restaurant fabulous 😊 a very good ceiling fan plus water dispenser in our room. The day beds by the coconut trees and next to the beach were a perfect spot to read and relax. Highly recommend…..it’s only a short walk to the much busier Outrigger beach resort
