Beautiful resort tucked away in Port Ghalib with extremely helpful and hardworking staff. They were also very COVID-conscious and friendly. Loved how there was a screening for the euro cup outside! Was very fun. Inclusive option was very welcoming and comfortable. The private beach was cute, but a twenty minute walk to Marsa Mubarak was even more beautiful and a sandy beach. The camel rides on the shore were scenic. The cleaning staff were also very nice. The other tourists at this hotel were also very friendly. Lively music every night.

Perfect hotel! Wonderful vacation! We felt the european standards. Restaurant is amazing! Clean rooms. Large beach! Nice playground. We saw dugong and turtles several times. Well trained , attentive to detail and happy staff.

Everything was perfect, food & beverage 10, housekeep 10, animation 10, pools and beach 10, with shallow water for kids and deep water from a nice marina for swimming and enjoy snorkling. Aqua park also suitable for kids and adults. All of the staff were so friendly and trying to let us be satisfied, Mr Mohamed and Mr Walid the managers and the chefs were taking care of us always asking how satisfied we are!.....we would like to come back again next year
